How long does each class last?

What should I wear?

You can bounce barefoot or in anti-slip socks. I recommend wearing a good sports bra (#BoobieBoounce) and leggings/shorts.

What should I bring with me?

Bring a bottle of water and a towel…#Sweatfest

I’m new to exercise, will I survive the class?

You will indeed, Boogie Bounce Xtreme is suitable for all fitness levels and beginners are always welcomed. You can take the class at your own pace, you will see a huge improvement to your fitness levels as each class goes by… It never gets easier.. YOU just GET BETTER!

How much is it per class?

I have an injury/medical condition, can I bounce?

Please contact your Boogie Bounce instructor directly regarding a medical issue or injury before coming to class. You should be fine, yet with any medical issue you may need to consult your doctor before starting a new exercise programme.

Can I bring my child to bounce with me?

Some instructors do allow children to attend classes with a participating adult – please contact your local instructor directly.
